Provided are a stabilizer link and a method for manufacturing same, it being possible not only to reduce the weight of the stabilizer but to adjust the phase angle of a housing and a gap between housings without having to change a molding die. A solid bar or hollow bar comprising a light metal or a fiber-reinforced plastic is used as a support bar (60). One end (61) of the support bar (60) is inserted as a core into a forming die, and a housing (50) can be injection-molded on the end part (61) of the support bar (60). Another end (61) of the support bar (60) is inserted as a core into the molding die, and a housing (50) can be injection-molded on the other end part of the support bar (60). In such instances, shrinkage of the resin during molding will result in tight adhesion of a boss part (52) of the housing (50) so that the entire periphery of the ends (61) of the support bar (60) will be covered. Therefore, the force with which the boss part (52) is fastened to the ends (61) will be strong. |
