PURPOSE: A device for inspecting solder ball vision is provided to inspect the existence of a solder ball by using a line scan camera under a condition in which various levels of illumination are formed, thereby accurately finding various faulty elements of a solder ball. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting solder ball vision comprises a tray member(100), a pair of line scan cameras(210,220), a pair of lighting members, and an eliminating device. A transparent prop member is installed in between upper and lower frames being fixed to each other so that an accommodation unit is formed by the upper frame and the prop member in the tray member. The line scan cameras are installed to be faced above and under the tray member. The lighting members are respectively installed in each one side of the pair of line scan camera, thereby lighting a photographing range of the each line scan camera.
