PURPOSE: An embossing structure forming method of a magnetic sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to repeatedly form grooves through a blade because an intaglio structure is formed in a magnetic sheet through a stamp. CONSTITUTION: An embossing structure forming method of a magnetic sheet(10) is as follows. A magnetic sheet is arranged in the lower part of a stamp(40) having a predetermined embossing structure(41). The stamp is downwardly moved. The embossing structure is dug into the magnetic sheet at predetermined depth so that the embossing structure of a shape corresponding to predetermined patterns is formed.
