The spectacles (1) have an optical or solar frontage (2) connected to two side branches (3) via tenon (4), where the tenon projects from a total or partial frame (5). A hinge (6) is formed by a clevis pin (7). An elastic returning unit i.e. spring, comprises two strips (8a, 8b) that form an end of the tenon or the branches. A freely arranged bearing (10) is arranged between the strips, where an axle (7) engages in the bearing and is interposed between the strips. The axle pulls the returning unit during closing of the branches and acts on the returning unit during opening of the branches.
