<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of fluoroborate-containing waste liquid including steps of: making an anion exchange resin adsorb a fluoroborate from a fluoroborate-containing waste liquid; efficiently separating the adsorbed fluoroborate with a simple configuration and by a simple operation from the anion exchange resin, thereby regenerating the anion exchange resin; and removing the separated fluoroborate. <P>SOLUTION: Waste liquid to be treated is introduced in an adsorption tower 1, then it is passed through a resin layer 6 to make the fluoroborate contained in the waste liquid adsorb the anion exchange resin of the resin layer 6. In a regeneration process, the anion exchange resin in the adsorption tower 1 is transferred to a regeneration tower 2 to form a resin layer 11 in the regeneration tower 2, and regeneration of the transferred anion exchange resin is carried out by supplying a regenerant including a potassium compound from a regenerant bath 3. Fluoroborate ions adsorbed to the anion exchange resin are eluted by bringing the regenerant including the potassium compound into contact with the anion exchange resin to which the fluoroborate has been adsorbed, then the eluted fluoroborate ions are reacted with the potassium of the regenerant to precipitate a hardly-soluble potassium fluoroborate and generate bubbles from a bubble generating portion 9, thus resulting in fluidization of the resin and separation of the precipitate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
