The present invention relates to an automatic washing machine, which comprises: a synchronous motor unit that is installed on the lower part of a tub; a drainage valve housing that is installed on the lower part of the tub in such a manner that the drainage valve housing is spaced apart from the synchronous motor unit; a link unit that is disposed between the synchronous motor unit and the drainage valve housing, and opens and shuts the drainage valve housing; a wire unit having one side that is connected with the synchronous motor unit and the other side that is connected with the link unit, wherein the wire unit moves the link unit according to an operation of the synchronous motor unit; a spring member having one side that is connected with the link unit and the other side that is connected with the drainage valve housing, wherein the spring member provides a restoring force such that the link unit shuts the drainage valve housing; a clutch lever unit that is rotatably coupled with a clutch base unit, is disposed between the link unit and the synchronous motor unit, and is rotated by being linked with the movement of the link unit in accordance with the operation of the synchronous motor unit; a cam lever unit that is connected with the clutch lever unit; a lift lever unit that comes in contact with the cam lever unit; and a coupling unit that is moved by the lift lever unit, and is engaged with a rotor unit or a clutch body unit. |
