<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a toner being excellent in low-temperature fixability, heat-resistant preservability and hot-offset resistance and allowing formation of an image with high glossiness. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of toner comprises a step of preparing a composition containing a compound having a crystalline polyester, a certain amorphous polyester, a prepolymer and an amino group; a mold release agent and a colorant, by aging a liquid comprising a particle in an aqueous medium using an organic solvent. The number of the isocyanate group of the prepolymer is 1.8 or more and 2.2 or less, as an average value. In the first temperature rising of differential scanning calorimetry of the particle, if the glass transition point and the height of the endothermic peak from the crystalline polyester per unit mass of the particle before aging are defined as Tg<SB POS="POST">1</SB>[°C] and H<SB POS="POST">1</SB>[μW/mg] respectively and if the glass transition point and the height of the endothermic peak of the particle after aging are defined as Tg<SB POS="POST">2</SB>[°C] and H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>[μW/mg] respectively, the following two formulas: 1.3≤H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>/H<SB POS="POST">1</SB>≤1.6 and 0≤Tg<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-Tg<SB POS="POST">1</SB>≤1.0 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
