<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending machine that can detect a moving amount with high accuracy without being influenced by an ambient temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The bending machine 1 for bending a plate material W by relatively moving a pair of tables 3, 5 to which a punch P and a die D are mounted opposite to each other, includes: a length measuring device 13 provided in the upper table 3; a first reflective member 15 provided in the upper table 3 and reflecting the light emitted by the length measuring device 13 toward the length measuring device 13; and a control device 9 for calculating a deflection amount of the upper table 3 based on an amount of the time required for the length measuring device 13 from emission of light to receiving the light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
