The method involves carrying out introduction of air flow through multiple holes provided with diameter less than 30 millimeters. The holes are located in covering of building roof or -wall. The air flow is deflected before exit in the room by a room boundary plane passes the flow by a guiding device (1). The guiding device is arranged partially between the room boundary plane and a plane defined by rear side. The rear side is provided opposite to the room. The room boundary plane is provided in non-penetrating manner. An independent claim is included for a device for ventilating a room.
