<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device using underground heat for achieving usage of a system using underground heat also for general cooling/heating, by improving the efficiency of heat conversion without complicating the configuration and without considerably increasing cost. <P>SOLUTION: Exhaust air of a heat exchange ventilator 5 is used to heat a heat pump part 4 during heating and to cool it during cooling. Thereby, the efficiency of heat conversion is increased for raising heating temperature of outer air or lowering cooling temperature of outer air, by underground heat, the heat pump part 4, and the heat exchange ventilator 5, and cooling/heating efficiency of the entire air conditioning device is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
