<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure weight of a drum can 8 by an air cylinder 9. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that a solenoid valve 17 is switched from a discharge state to an injection state, injection of detection air is started from an air pump 11 through a regulator 14 and a speed controller 16 to an air cylinder 9. In the case that the injection of the detection air to the air cylinder 9 is started, an inner pressure of the air cylinder 9 rises from the atmospheric pressure drawing a straight line rising diagonally up and to the right relative to the lapse of time. In the case that the inner pressure of the air cylinder 9 becomes a size corresponding to the weight of a drum can 8, a lever 4 is rotated counterclockwise from a reference position. When the lever 4 is rotated counterclockwise from the reference position, an electric state of an atmospheric relay 19 changes.
