PURPOSE: A composite molding apparatus is provided to obtain uniform structure and high quality of products by simultaneously pressing and vibrating a product to remove fine bubbles and volatile materials in the product rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A composite molding apparatus comprises a frequency vibration unit(130) in which vibration generated by a vibrator(131) is transmitted to an elastic membrane(113) that directly vibrates a product so as to effectively infiltrate and disperse resin and a mold shape adjusting unit(122) which regulates the shape of a mold according to changes in the shape of a product.
