METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ISOLATION DAMPER PULLEY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an isolation damper pulley is provided to easily put together compact and complex assembly by putting together a journal bearing and a thrust bearing while pressing an IP hub and a damper hub. CONSTITUTION: A damper hub(1) is arranged inside a mass(2). A pulley(4) and a sleeve(6) are inserted within a mold. An IP rubber object(7) is inserted into the mold. An isolation part is formed by pressing the IP hub on the sleeve. The IP hub is coaxially combined with a damper hub. Damper rubber of ring shape is inserted between the damper hub and the mass. A penetration hole is formed on a disk. A crank shaft is combined with the penetration hole. A drum part is extended from a circumference part of the disk to one side.
