<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket of a portable device attached to the portable device to easily change decoration of the appearance of the portable device. <P>SOLUTION: A jacket 1 of the portable device decorates the appearance of the portable device such as a camera 100 and can be freely attached to the portable device by a user. The jacket 1 is made in a sheet-like state, and both surfaces of the sheet are surface for decorating the appearance and are formed by surfaces different from each other in at least one of a material, a color or a front face. A developed shape of the jacket 1 is configured to have substantially symmetrical shapes with a direction along the longitudinal direction of the sheet as a symmetric axis S. In the jacket 1, any surface of the sheet is set as a front face and is wound along the symmetrical axis S, thereby switching the surface for decorating the appearance.
