摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode wound-body in which a heat-resistant separator can be properly inserted into a slit of a winding core. <P>SOLUTION: As the winding core, the winding core is used of which the one portion is divided into two parts from at least one end by a slit formed in an axial direction from the one end thereof. As the separator, the heat-resistant separator is used which has a heat-resistant layer formed on one surface of a resin-made porous membrane and which is determined in advance if either of the porous membrane side and the heat-resistant layer side has a convex surface in a natural state by curvature in the longitudinal direction. The method of manufacturing the electrode wound-body includes: a separator pair arrangement process in which two separators are arranged in combination with each other so that surfaces determined to be located on a convex surface side face each other; and an insertion process of inserting two separators arranged in the separator pair arrangement process into the slit by relatively moving two separators arranged in the separator pair arrangement process and the winding core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
