The garment (1) has three-dimensional air-flow guiding structure (8) which is knitted by air-impermeable spacer fabric, and outer layer (6) which is knitted by spacer fabric. An air conveyor provided in pocket (7), conveys air through the three-dimensional air-flow guiding structure. The outer layer is moisture-tightened, and liquid storage layer (12) is provided for storing liquid refrigerant evaporated by air flow through three-dimensional air-flow guiding structure. The liquid storage layer is made of non-woven fabric, felt, microfiber, or spongy material.
