PURPOSE: A check valve of a brake system is provided to reduce weight and size by simplifying shape and manufacturing costs through pressing. CONSTITUTION: A check valve(100) of a brake system comprises a valve housing(110), a ball(120), a spring(125), a valve seat(130). The valve housing is coupled with a hydraulic block and comprises an oil passage and a latching portion(114). The oil passage is composed of a small passage(112a), a valve surface(112b), a large passage(112c). The latching portion is coupled with the inner stepped portion(2b) of a perforated block(2). The ball is coupled with the hydraulic block and opens and closes the inner oil passage. The spring supports the ball elastically. The valve seat guides the spring and assembled with the valve housing. The valve seat comprises an oil hole(130a), an inner diameter portion(130b), and a flange portion(130c). |
