PURPOSE: A draw-out type circuit breaker, an interlocking device, and a distribution panel are provided to exclude potential of major accidents including electric power substation fire by maintaining off-state when the draw-out type circuit breaker is arranged on the location except for a driving location and a disconnecting location. CONSTITUTION: A manual tripping button(1) is connected to an interlock load(3) of a draw-out type circuit breaker. The interlock load of the draw-out type circuit breaker is arranged which can be ascended and descended. A main contact point performs on and off of a main circuit. A diving unit drives the main contact point. A main circuit current unit electrifies main circuit current.
