PURPOSE: An anti-fogging therapy mask is provided to naturally discharge the moisture generated from the dew condensation through outlets on both sides of the mask. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fogging therapy mask includes a first opening(200) and second openings(300). The first opening is formed on the front side of the mask. The second openings are formed on both sides of the mask for preventing the fogging. A user can open and close the entire first opening including a one-way valve. The second openings include a filter unit for detachably installing a therapeutic scent in a cartridge form. Plural bridges are formed on the inner surface of the mask for guiding condensed dew toward outlets.
