A look-up table (10) outputs a result of dividing a horizontal component of a pixel address of a block by the number of pixels of a horizontal component of a cell. A look-up table (12) outputs a result of dividing a vertical component of the pixel address of the block by the number of pixels of a vertical component of the cell. A look-up table (14) outputs a modulus when dividing the horizontal component of the pixel address of the block by the number of pixels of the horizontal component of the cell. A look-up table (16) outputs a modulus when dividing the vertical component of the pixel address of the block by the number of pixels of the vertical component of the cell. The outputted values of the look-up tables (10, 12) are used as an address of the cell for burst access to memory. The outputted values of the look-up tables (14, 16) are used as a pixel address within the cell.
