PURPOSE: A signal transmission method using a scheduling information in a mobile communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to dynamically allocate resources by reflecting the request of a user to a network. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell base station receives a scheduling information including a resource allocation process for a femto cell base station from a macro cell base station(510) according to a time unit. The femto cell base station transmits signals to one or more femto cell terminals provided by the femto cell base station in one or more time units using the received scheduling information.
