PURPOSE: A phantom apparatus for measuring radiation and a method for analyzing radiation error are provided to accurately evaluate radiation property according to a rotating beam irradiation mode. CONSTITUTION: A phantom apparatus for measuring radiation comprises a cylinder shell(100), a first inner cylinder, and a hemisphere. The cylinder shell comprises an outer cylinder and a fixing plate attached to one side of the outer cylinder. The first inner cylinder has a length bigger than the outer cylinder and is inserted into the outer cylinder. The hemisphere has the same radius as the outer cylinder. The inside of the hemisphere is cut.
