<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material anisotropy calculation method considering a material movement by forming. <P>SOLUTION: A material anisotropy calculation method by a CAE analysis includes: a first step [1] for developing a target-solid-shaped molding 1 made of an anisotropic material into a planar-shaped blank 2 as an analysis target; a second step [2] for rolling the blank in a specific direction or a direction perpendicular to the direction in a raw board collecting the blank, and placing the blank; and a third step [3] for using coordinate information of the blank obtained in the second step to calculate an angle between each element of the blank and a reference direction concerning in-plane anisotropy of mechanical characteristic that is already set in the raw board, and setting the reference direction to each element by transferring the reference direction concerning in-plane anisotropy of mechanical characteristic that is already set in the raw board to all elements in the blank collectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
