<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which reduces loads of clerks in charge of inputting seal information and also coordinates account information in an accountant host and seal information in a seal server. <P>SOLUTION: An accountant host 1 comprises means for transmitting account information stored in a ledger database 10 to a seal server 2 as ledger data. The seal server 2 comprises: means for reading account information in the received ledger data; means for searching a seal database 20 based on an account number of the read account information; means for, when seal information having the same account number exists in the seal database 20 and there is mismatching in common information of the seal information and the account information, changing the common information of the seal information according to the account information; and means for, when seal information having the same account number does not exist in the seal database 20, registering provisional seal information including the common information of the account information and a preset dummy image with the seal database 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
