<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact feeding apparatus where a plurality of mechanisms are integrated into the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The gastro-jejunal (G-J) feeding device includes a nutrition tube integrated with a gastro-jejunal body. The gastro-jejunal body includes a gastro-port, a jejunal port, and a balloon port. The integrated nutrition tube includes a proximal end and a distal end, and further includes a gastro lumen, a jejunal lumen and a balloon lumen. The proximal end is configured to be located outside the body of a patient. The distal end is configured to be inserted into the body of the patient, and includes a deformable part having a width larger than a diameter of a tubular part in a default shape. A capsule is configured to be disposed at the distal end to cover the deformable part to be deformable. The capsule is configured to dissolve in contact with body fluid.
