<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit which is prevented in the breakage of a chain tensioner and a body, and a vehicle including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A bicycle 10 includes a rear wheel 40, the drive unit 48 and a chain 50. The drive unit 48 includes the body 68, a crankshaft 70, a drive sprocket 72, a drive force generation part 74, an auxiliary sprocket 76 and the chain tensioner 78. The chain tensioner 78 includes a tension imparting part T, an arm A, a support bolt 122, a support bolt 128 and a tension spring 130. The arm A rotatably supports the tension imparting part T via the support bolt 122, and is supported to the body 68 so as to be turnable via the support bolt 128. The chain 50 for connecting the drive sprocket 72 and a driven sprocket 44 is extended toward the rear wheel 40 passing through the lower part of the support bolt 128 from the lower end of the drive sprocket 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
