<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for a solar power generation unit, capable of extremely easily mounting the solar power generation unit being inclined on a metal roof while selecting the direction of inclining the solar power generation unit when constructed. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting device for a solar power generation unit includes: a plurality of base tools 1 to be fixed to adjacent seam-fastened parts J and J in the longitudinal direction of the seam-fastened parts J of a metal roof B which has folded-plate roof boards 7 and 7 connected to each other via the seam-fastened parts J; at least two holding low bearer tools 2 and 2 and two holding high bearer tools 3 and 3 fixedly placed onto the plurality of base tools 1 and 1; and a solar power generation unit A.
