Discloses a bi-specific single chain antibody molecule comprising a: 1. first binding domain which is an antigen-interaction site, capable of binding to an epitope of human and Callithrix jacchus, Saguinus oedipus or Saimiri sciureus CD3å (epsilon) chain, where the epitope is part of an amino acid sequence comprised in the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 2, 4, 6, or 8, and comprises at least the amino acid sequence Gln-Asp-Gly-Asn-Glu; and 2. a second binding domain capable of binding to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the said bi-specific single chain antibody molecule. The therapeutic application is for the provision of a dual variable binding domain antibody that may be used in the treatment of certain cancers positive for the PSMA antigen or CD3å epiptope.
