<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measuring device and an oxygen concentration measuring method capable of stably measuring oxygen concentration in the gas containing condensable gas with an oxygen concentration meter. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration measuring device includes following pressurizing means, following condensing means, following gas-liquid separating means, following depressurizing means, and following oxygen concentration measuring means. The pressurizing means is means for obtaining gas containing condensable gas whose pressure is higher than that of gas in an oxygen concentration measurement part measured by the following oxygen concentration measuring means. The condensing means is means for cooling and condensing the gas containing the condensable gas obtained by the pressurizing means to produce mixed fluid composed of uncondensed gas and condensate liquid. The gas-liquid separating means is means for separating the mixed fluid, condensed by the condensing means and composed of the uncondensed gas and the condensate liquid, into gas and liquid. The depressurizing means is means for decreasing a pressure of the gas separated by the gas-liquid separating means.
