<p>The method comprises premixing a feed mixture, producing the feed mixture comprising a solid fuel in a liquid towards a cross-sectional constriction (12), increasing a pressure of the feed mixture in production of the feed mixture towards the cross-sectional constriction, releasing the feed mixture in a passage through the cross-sectional constriction under formation of an initial mixture. Materials comprise a hydrocarbon, a solvent, which forms a water-azeotropic mixture, and water. The feed mixture has an input particle size distribution.
