PURPOSE: A wind control device of a sunlight collecting plate is provided to improve sunlight collection efficiency by previously preventing the sunlight collecting plate from being damaged due to strong wind. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight collecting plate(100) is installed on the upper side of a support unit(800) fixed to the surface(830). The sunlight collecting plate rotates a first rotation shaft(200) in a third direction or fourth direction by a second driving unit. A first link member(510) and a first control unit(410) are connected to the first rotation shaft and a frame of the sunlight collecting plate in both directions of a second rotation shaft(300). A first stopper(610) controls a rotation control angle range of a first link member. A second stopper(620) controls a rotation control angle range of a second link member.
