A membrane 3 is provided for shoe sole front part or entire surface coverage and consists of insole 4 and flexible suction cups 8 formed straightly thereon. The insole is made of hydrophilic, breathable and waterproof material. The cups are directed to footbed surface and have a shape of open hourglass or bellows or cylinder.
