<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing a metal particulate having less environmental load as an ionic liquid substitute. <P>SOLUTION: The metal particulate is produced by sputtering at least either one of a noble metal, Si and Cd to a liquid polymeric polyethylene glycol. The noble metal used in the process preferably includes either gold, silver, copper or platinum. It is preferable in the process that the number-average molecular weight of the polymeric polyethylene glycol is in the range from 200 to 800, and further referable in the process to perform a heating treatment after sputtering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
