PURPOSE: A display panel and a display device with the same are provided to make a passive 3D image with high visibility and increase light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A color filter polarization layer(300) comprises a first linear metal grid. The first linear metal grid is formed on one side of either one of a first substrate or a second substrate. The first linear metal grid is arranged at a different pitch to emit a first polarization component of light by light of a different color. A polarization layer(600) comprises a second linear metal grid. The second linear metal grid is formed on another surface between the first substrate and the second substrate.
