FOAM RESIN MOLDING BLOCK, FOAM MOLDING MACHINE, ITS OPERATION METHOD, AND LIGHT-WEIGHT BANK STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations of the distribution of internal density, in a foam resin molding block of a rectangular parallelepiped shape used as light-weight bank in civil engineering.

SOLUTION: In the foam resin molding block 10 of the rectangular parallelepiped shape which is used in the light-weight bank in the civil engineering and has a longitudinal length a, a lateral length b, and a height c, when the density of the block is α(kg/m3), the density β of an×bn×cn pieces of divided blocks which is obtained by an-dividing the foam resin molding block 10 in the direction of the longitudinal length a, by bn-dividing it in the direction of the lateral length b, and by cn-dividing it in the direction of the height c (here, an, bn≥3, cn≥1) is brought into a range of (1±0.0X)α(kg/m3) as a whole.
