<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet excellent in durability and reworkability and also excellent in processability, and to provide an adhesive-having optical film. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition is characterized by being formed in a sheet-like shape from an adhesive composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin prepared from (A) (A-1) 94.8-99.89 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate represented by formula (I) (wherein, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is H or methyl; R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is ≤14C alkyl or aralkyl; hydrogen atoms constituting these groups may be substituted with a group: -O-(C<SB POS="POST">2</SB>H<SB POS="POST">4</SB>O)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>-R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>; n is 0 or an integer of 1-4; R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is ≤12C alkyl or aryl), (A-2) 0.1-5 wt.% of a hydroxyl group-having (meth)acrylic monomer, and (A-3) 0.01-0.2 wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate represented by formula (II) (wherein, R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>is H or methyl; A is 2C-4C divalent organic group), and (B) 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. of a cross-linking agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
