METHOD FOR FABRICATING NANO/MICRO HYBRID LENS USING MAGNETIC FORCE

PURPOSE: A nano/micro hybrid lens manufacturing method using magnetic force is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and facilitate manufacturing of the nano/micro hybrid lens. CONSTITUTION: A nano/micro hybrid lens manufacturing method using magnetic force comprises the following steps: preparing a substrate(130) in which nanopatters(131) are formed and has magnetism; preparing a master(140) in which a concave portion(141) is formed; arranging the substrate on the master in order for the opposite surface of the nanopattern formed surface and the concave part to be faced; forming a lens mold(160) on the master by applying magnetism on the substrate so that a part of the substrate can be bent towards inside the concave part; and manufacturing a hybrid lens(170) by filling a hardened resin within the lens mold.
