PURPOSE: A seat plate and a chair including the same are provided to maximize exercise efficiency by stimulating the core of the human body. CONSTITUTION: A seat plate comprises a base(110), a ball(120), a retainer(130), an upper lace(140), a lower lace(150), and a stop ring(160). The base is formed in the shape of a disk and forms rolling friction surface on the top thereof. A plurality of balls is arranged on the rolling friction surface in the columnar direction. The retainer is formed in the shape of a ring shape, forms ball retaining holes at an interval around the circumference thereof, and supports balls. The upper lace stimulates the core of the human body. The top of the lower lace is fixed to the lower part of the upper lace. In the lower part of the lower lace, a release preventive plate is formed in order to prevent the separation of the retainer. The stop ring comprises a support ring and a coupling ring. |
