<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor exhibiting excellent electrical characteristics, e.g. the capacitance or the equivalent series resistance, and having high breakdown voltage characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor contains a polymer of a polymerizable monomer composed of a compound represented by a general formula (1) as a solid electrolyte. A manufacturing method therefor is also provided. Since the solid electrolytic capacitor exhibits excellent electrical characteristics, e.g. the capacitance or the equivalent series resistance, and has the high breakdown voltage characteristics, it can be utilized suitably in digital electronic apparatus which are used in a high frequency region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
