<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the character font size of electronic document data created by laying out component data to be a prescribed size or more. <P>SOLUTION: When laying out component data, based on a minimum font size and paste scale of characters included in the component data, a minimum character font size of electronic document is identified.
