<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a substrate to a base, which is used to emit light of semiconductor light-emitting elements. <P>SOLUTION: A lamp 100 is provided with a base 201a, and a substrate 510 with rectifier circuit elements 530 used for light emission of LEDs 321 fitted. The base 201a is so structured to be elastically deformed, and includes an engagement part 220 engaged with an end part of the substrate 510.
