PURPOSE: A chair having backbone relaxing and correcting functions is provided to prevent or treat the backbone diseases including scoliosis and lumbar herniated intervertebral disc. CONSTITUTION: A chair having backbone relaxing and correcting functions comprises a left plate(100), a seat back(200), armrests(300), and a supporter(500). The left plate is connected to the supporter by using an elevation and descend tool place in upper center in order to be elevated and descended. The seat back is connected to a seat of the left plate in order to be flown to left and right by a moving tool. The armrests are formed into a c shape which has a bent portion towards the direction where the seat back is located. The supporter is formed to have 4-6 legs in order not be supported without inclining towards any directions, and has wheels in the lower part in order to move the chair.
