PURPOSE: A seat belt locking apparatus for a child seat and a child seat using the same are provided to prevent the separation of a seat belt from a seat belt insertion hole by using a belt locking member. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt locking apparatus(21) for a child seat comprises a main body case(23), a belt separation preventing member(24), a belt locking member(25), a pressing unit, an operating unit(26), and a connecting unit. The main body case comprises a seat belt insertion hole(22). The belt separation preventing member is supported by the main body case. The belt locking member restricts the movement of a seat belt. The pressing unit presses the belt locking member to a belt locking position. The operating unit presses the belt locking member to a belt releasing position. The connecting unit connects the operating unit and the belt separation preventing member to be interlocked.
