PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an annular rubber member with high quality easily.SOLUTION: The production method comprises: an extrusion step in which a rubber composition formed of unvulcanized rubber is subjected to extrusion molding for forming a rubber member 70 curved in a longitudinal direction; and an annular molding step for jointing one end and the other end of the rubber member 70 in the longitudinal direction for forming the annular rubber member. In the extrusion step, a cap 18 has an inner peripheral channel and an outer peripheral channel. The curved rubber member 70 is formed of a base end part 68 on the inner peripheral side and a tip end part 66 on the outer peripheral side of the curve shape. The inner peripheral channel has the base end part 68. The outer peripheral channel has the tip end part 66. The rubber member 70 is formed by jointing the base end part 68 and the tip end part 66. The channel distance of the outer peripheral channel is smaller than channel distance of the inner peripheral channel. |
