FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: structure of the bearing rolls contains a bearing assembly and a nozzle located at the neck of the cylinder, the lid covering the bearing with a ""-shaped radial collar, which includes a body, two sponges with working edges interacting with the outer surface of the nozzle. Maintaining integrity under condition of high pressure of lubrication is ensured owing to the fact that the outer surface of the nozzle is designed in the shape of stepped conical surfaces, the angles of which are directed to the bearing, and the angles of conical surfaces range from 30 to 60. In addition, the sponge facing the bearing is made more rigid. ^ EFFECT: invention is intended to improve reliability of seal of the bearing rolls. ^ 2 dwg |
