One handle is fixedly held by the thumb and middle finger, whereby the blade of the operating part on the extension of the handle is fixed in place. This allows the straight line of the cutting part to be brought into close contact and conformity with the blade thus fixed in place, only the blade at the extension of the index finger to be moved so as to close when the index finger is closed, and a cut to be made in a straight line along the blade at the extension of the thumb. Furthermore, the size of a tube can be made to conform to the thickness of the index finger using a hook-and-loop fastener. Smaller scissors can be made because of the absence of a fixed-size ring into which the finger is inserted.
