PURPOSE: A method of deskew among lanes in PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect)-Express and apparatus for the same are provided to supply stabilization of a system implementation by removing motive discrepancy of parallelized data according to each channel. CONSTITUTION: A ring buffer(311) stores transmitted data from lanes or outputs the stored data. A storage unit(315) stores a pointer value of a comma symbol. A control unit(313) stores the pointer value of the comma symbol if the stored data in the ring buffer is determined as a comma symbol. The control unit deskew outputs the stored value in the ring buffer from the location which the pointer value and byte alignment information indicate after the detection of the comma symbol is completed in all lanes and a clock is executed.
