A low-noise transistor generator having an output on third harmonic comprises a dielectric plate, which face and back sides comprise print conductors, two identical SHF field-effect and bipolar transistors installed on the face of plate and connected to said print conductors of said side of the plate; the plate is installed between wide walls of a rectangular waveguide along thereof axis in the middle of wide walls. Moreover, the dielectric plate comprises two layers in such a manner that the between-layer surface comprises printed conductors, metallization on the backside is complete excluding a region adjacent to said end of the plate; metallization of the between-layer surface in said region follows the shape of metallization on the back side of plate; a second twin-stripe line on the opposite end is connected to opposite directed sections of open conductors. |
