PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composition for smoking cessation aid is provided to ensure low toxicity and to effectively remove nicotine from the human body. CONSTITUTION: A composition for smoking cessation aid, with an effect of removing nicotine contains 20-60 weight parts of naturally physiological composition and 23-78 weight parts of complex physiologically active composition. The naturally physiological composition contains coffee bean extract. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of mixing 20-60 weight parts of the naturally physiological composition and 23-78 weight parts of physiologically active composition; a step of mixing 200-250 weight parts of distilled water to 10 weight parts of the mixture and heating(S101,S103); a step of cooling the mixture(S105); a step of heating the cooled mixture(S107); a step of centrifuging the extract(S109); and a step of filtering the extract(S111).
