PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to remarkably improve dispersity by controlling shape and location of impact reinforcing agent in resin, thereby having excellent impact resistance, flowability, appearance, and flame retardance at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of base resin, 1-20 parts by weight of phosphate-based flame retardant. The base resin comprises 50-95 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin, 1-30 parts by weight of polystyrene resin, and 1-30 parts by weight of impact reinforcing agent. The polystyrene resin comprises 200,000-400,000 g/mol. The impact reinforcing agent comprises a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer comprising a rubber polymer with average particle diameter of 0.05-0.5 micron, and a core-shell graft copolymer comprising an acryl-based shell containing a rubber polymer with average particle diameter of 0.05-0.5 micron.
